We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Lead Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency & Critical Care team and help us elevate our patient care through training, mentorship, and strong clinical floor leadership.
What qualifies you to be a part of our team?- 5 years of direct patient care (the more, the better!)
- CVT/LVT/RVT preferred
- Previous leadership preferred
- Strong technical skills with both ER and ICU
- Compassion and empathy for both pets and people
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to support, mentor, and grow
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth

- Compensation: $35–$37 (based on credentials and experience)
