We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Lead Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency & Critical Care team and help us elevate our patient care through training, mentorship, and strong clinical floor leadership.

• 5 years of direct patient care (the more, the better!)
• CVT/LVT/RVT preferred
• Previous leadership preferred

• Strong technical skills with both ER and ICU
• Compassion and empathy for both pets and people
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• A willingness to support, mentor, and grow
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting

• Compensation: $35–$37 (based on credentials and experience)
