Responsibilities- Food Safety – ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Internal Communication – lead crew and other managers during a shift.
- Inventory Management – maintain accurate stock levels.
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – keep the restaurant in pristine condition.
- Managing Crew – supervise, coach, and motivate staff.
- Quality Food Production – oversee food preparation and service.
- Exceptional Customer Service – ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Safety and Security – monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Scheduling – create staff rosters and shift assignments.
- Training – mentor new employees and provide ongoing development.
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Successful Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to maintain standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid transition. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their departments reach goals.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. The minimum age is 18 years.
