• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP Logs.
• Review inventory to create product orders; evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; make necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedules; manage onboarding for new team members.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
