Area Sales Manager – Datacom

Join ADI Global Distribution to lead sales in the Datacom partner channel.

• Manage and coach a team of Datacom Resource Account Specialists (RAS) to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Grow assigned customer accounts through territory planning, KPI tracking, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Build executive relationships with top accounts and guide the RAS in sales processes and tools.
• Execute quarterly training and develop organizational sales skills.
• Collaborate with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to align resources and customer accounts.

• 7+ years of outside sales management experience.
• 3‑5 years of Datacom/Network cabling infrastructure experience.
• Proven high‑performance results in an outside sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Miller Heiman sales methodology.
• Ability to travel 75%+.

• Excellent organization & project management skills.
• Ability to direct, lead, and motivate others.
• Track record of success using Salesforce and Miller Heiman sales methodology.
