Position SummaryThe Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the North American market. This position is primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients and acquire new business, focusing on the sales of international freight forwarding services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager will:
- Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets across the North American market.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Acquire new business opportunities and lead sales of international freight forwarding services.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in sales or a related role within the air or ocean freight forwarding industry. (Mandatory)
- Native level of Japanese. (Mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding business (air, ocean, ground) and comprehensive understanding of the overall supply chain.
