Outside Sales Associate

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships and promoting products within the assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and implement strategies to expand product reach.
• Manage the sales process, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin;
  Cantonese is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort with frequent travel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in the food industry or familiarity with Japanese cuisine is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is advantageous.
