Sales Support Representative

Bullock, Logan Associates is a small, well-established Manufacturer's Representative firm serving the Commercial and Industrial HVAC industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. • Support the Outside Sales team by providing administrative and sales assistance
• Prepare and generate customer quotations, Including parts, equipment and projects
• Coordinate project bids
• Log quotations and sales activities into the company database for tracking and reporting purposes
• Enter Orders / Invoice Projects, Equipment & Parts using Quick Book Accounting System
• Communicate with customers via phone
• Work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure exceptional service and project success

• Prior experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Accounting Software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude

• Competitive starting salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience level
