Join our team to help us save the day. We rescue and restore lives of families and businesses after property damage. We are seeking water, fire, and mold remediation Technicians and Crew Chiefs. IICRC Certification is preferred but not required; if you don’t have any, we will assist with obtaining certification.

Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so EXCELLENT communication skills with customers and the team are essential. This is a full-time position; holidays and weekends may be required; flexibility is a must. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) are advantageous. Water and Fire restoration experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Puro Clean is a local mitigation and remediation company that responds to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and sometimes biohazards. We are a 24-hour emergency service and applicants should expect to participate in an on-call rotation. Being called in after hours and on weekends is possible. Applicant must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Job Description: As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will bring equipment to the customer’s house and assist in setting up drying equipment. Responsibilities include removal of wet drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring, demolition and debris removal. Also included: mold removal, post-demolition cleaning, structural drying and cleaning. Occasional work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces may be required.

• Accurately complete paperwork and online documentation (e.g., moisture mapping, temperature and humidity readings)
• Navigate smartphone/tablet and use essential software (Xactimate is a plus)
• Make quick and competent decisions under pressure
• Water and Fire restoration experience is a plus; training provided
• Flexible schedule required
• Spanish speaking is a plus
