Job Description: CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Packer to join our warehouse team in the Elk Grove Village, IL area. This role is responsible for efficiently packing and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
LocationElk Grove Village, Illinois
Responsibilities- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to company standards
- Verify product quality and correct items before packaging
- Prepare shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, etc.) and assemble boxes or containers
- Perform visual inspections of products and report any damaged or missing items
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming shipments
- Help with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Be at least 18 years old or older
- Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
7a-7p 3 day 4 day rotating schedule, must have weekend availability.
