P OSITION D ESCRIPTIONThis role supports the streamlined team by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications and customer communications.

- Review and receive photos/information from field
- Manage closeouts through customer portals
- Manages all required documentation

- Pre-construction walks as necessary
- Participate in job kick-off meetings
- Order material and get quotes as directed
