Golden 1 Credit Union in California seeks a Member Service Specialist III to join our Branch Channel Delivery team. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and handles deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
You will identify member needs, promote Golden 1 products, process loans and account openings, and ensure confidentiality. Mentoring MSSIs and MSSIIs, you’ll grow leadership skills and support a trusted member experience.
