Front Desk Associate

Elk Grove Hampton Inn & Suites, Elk Grove, CA (2305 Longport Ct). Full‑time position. Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) required.

Starting pay: $18.00–$20.06 per hour (BOE). Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and specific location.

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, and managing special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service with an engaging, outgoing personality.
• Assist guests with faxes, packages, and mail.
• Resolve problems through recovery when needed.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local area, dining, and travel directions.
• Support other departments and interact professionally with hotel staff.
• Assist with shuttle driver and concierge duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using a Property Management System; quick to learn computer skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexible schedule with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
