- Certificate Copy (One (1) of the following valid Child Development Permits:
Master Teacher or Site Supervisor (preferred)) - Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (CPR and 1st Aid Certificate. Must be a pediatric certification through the American Red Cross or EMSA approved)
- Other (Immunization Record: MMR (once in lifetime) and TDAP(within 10 years))
