Certification (A valid California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit)

Copy of Transcript (Other (OFFICIAL Transcript - Must indicate 48 semester units or more with a C- or better. Individuals who have completed college or university institution in a country other than the U.S. must obtain and attach a completed Evaluation of Foreign Transcripts.))

OR Paraprofessional Testing (Para educator Certification, such as the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Para educator Certification OR Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Certification from EGUSD or ANY district. For information regarding the certification, please contact EGACE at )

OR Test Results/Materials (California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST))

CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid CPR and 1st Aid Certificate. Must be a Pediatric certification that is either through the American Red Cross or EMSA approved.)

Other (Immunization Record: MMR (once in lifetime) and TDAP(within 10 years).
