Job Summary

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits eligibility: this role is currently benefit eligible.
