Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Elk Grove and Sacramento, CA.

This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics - allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality optometry care.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active California optometry license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

• 4-6 days per month
• 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Weekday availability
• No nights
• No weekends

• $900 per day
• Independent Contractor (1099)
