Required Skills:
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in a lead capacity as a programmer.
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience with Service Now.
Seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years designing and building enterprise utilities; interpreting data models (e.g. Entity Relationship diagram) to develop applications; and designing data models to meet system requirements. At least four (4) years must have been in a lead capacity.
Seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in design, development, testing, implementation, training, enhancement, and support of applications in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
Seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in the deployment, support, troubleshooting and maintenance of highly complex automated systems.
Seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server version 2012+.
Two (2) years of experience with Visual Studio versions 2012+.
Two (2) years of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for versioning and source control.
Working knowledge of IT security standards with regard to application hardening and data encryption.
Working knowledge of various stages of the SDLC, and proficient with established SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
Seven (7) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, producing deliverables such as:
1. Requirements Documents
2. Application Architecture Documents
3. Detailed Design Documents
4. Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Documents
5. System Interface Documents
6. Data Model Documents
7. Configuration Management Documents
8. Procedural Manuals
9. Training and Reference Materials
10. Gap Analysis Documents
System Capacity Planning Documents
Service Now Certification.
Desired
Skills:
Experience working in a technical-lead capacity for large-scale projects implementing mission-critical applications.
A minimum of one (1) year experience deploying enterprise technology solutions within a healthcare and/or correctional environment.
A minimum of one (1) year experience deploying and supporting applications within a virtualized environment – VMware.
A minimum of one (1) year experience developing components utilizing Application Programming Interface (API).
A minimum of one (1) year Experience working with Agile/Scrum Framework.
Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Processes.
