Quality Inspector 1st Shift
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting quality standards by inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products while accurately recording results.

• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect and measure materials and finished products
• Use measuring tools including rulers, tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Accept or reject finished products based on specifications
• Tag and separate non-conforming materials
• Communicate inspection results with leads and management
• Complete required inspection paperwork, including Final Inspection forms
• Report inspection and testing data as required
• Assist with calibration activities and serve as MME point of contact
• Follow color tagging procedures

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and measuring equipment (MME)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and safety glasses
