Director of Resident Services-The Gardens at Laguna Springs

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate RN or LPN to join us as Director of Resident Services and lead our care team at The Gardens at Laguna Springs memory care!

Full-time opportunity! MON - FRI 9AM - 5:30PM, 1 weekend/ month

Earn between $95,000 and $97,000 annually, dependent on experience;
Salaried / Exempt position with monthly Bonus Opportunities!

Who You Are

You are a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for our high level of senior care. This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services.

What You ll Do

• Direct the operation of the Community s resident services department
• Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff
• Evaluate residents  condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed
• Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services
• Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• (RNs are preferred; required in WA) Maintains a current and unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ), Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Previous experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
