As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but enjoy your time doing it!

Minimum requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old, be able to communicate effectively with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Compensation:
Applebee’s® Hosts start at minimum wage per hour, plus tips and tip‑out.

Physical standards:
You must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. You must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. You must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining‑room staff. You will transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

You must be able to wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, and protective face coverings or masks throughout the shift, and wash your hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
