What You’ll Do as an Assistant ManagerYou are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will also participate in a 3‑plus‑week store leadership training program that prepares you for success.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use a Chinese kitchen knife and other equipment, and work quickly without loss of accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
Kitchens are hot, noise levels high, storage space limited, and shelving high. Employees must work in fast‑paced environments, communicate verbally effectively, adapt to dynamic priorities, and manage conflict.

Pay RangeUSD 29 per hour – USD 32 per hour
