Retail Store Manager

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
• Manage and develop a team to ensure customers experience best-in-class services.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while providing extraordinary customer experiences.
• Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Participate in best in class paid training to prepare for leadership success.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills while managing retail operations and driving sales performance. Possesses expertise in customer experience management and familiarity with telecommunications industry trends and systems.
