Inventory Control Representative (BDC)

Pay: $16.90 - Hourly, plus bonus opportunities, with potential total monthly earnings of $5,000 - $7,000 based on performance.

Schedule:

Full Time

• Be part of a busy, established dealership with a wide selection of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Work with a variety of vehicles and gain hands-on experience with dealership inventory.
• Play an important behind-the-scenes role that directly supports the sales and operations teams.
• Build automotive industry knowledge while developing skills in inventory management and dealership operations.

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential vehicle sellers from multiple lead sources
• Build relationship and create interest in selling vehicles to Elk Grove Ford
• Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership
• Work with the appraisal team
• Keep customers engaged and informed throughout the appointment process

• Represent the dealership positively in every customer interaction
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with a variety of customers
• Complete training and apply new processes to daily responsibilities
• Take ownership of daily tasks without needing constant guidance
• Set personal goals and reach performance expectations
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The Hourly Pay for this position is $16.90.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
