Job-Specific Expectations
  • At customer's 2 year anniversary, call customer and advise of the mid-mileage adjustment possibility.
  • At 180 days from termination, begin the initial lease end contact by providing a postcard encouraging the customer to contact the dealership.
  • At 120 days from termination, call the customer and tell them about the Lease End Inspection Form that will be arriving in their 90 day mailer.
  • At 60 days from termination, schedule and perform the pre-inspection. Ask the customer if they have any questions after the customer has reviewed their options.
  • Make appointment and be present for the turn in of the leased vehicle.
  • Communicate with BMW on lease returns.
  • Coordinate lease return disposition with used car manager.
  • Inform management and sales staff of incoming cars.
  • Update lease return Web Site for wholesale possibilities to circumvent getting  Mullligans  and also generate extra wholesale profit for the Used Car Department.
  • Update New Car Inventory on the Niello Website.

    -Post new vehicles
    -Delete sold vehicles
    -Take pictures of new vehicles
  • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
