Job DescriptionUnarmed Security Guard – Patrol Division
SPADE Security Services is seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guard – Patrol to support multiple client locations. Flex Officers provide coverage for open shifts, vacations, and special assignments across different sites. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness.
Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring property for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, enforcing site rules, and maintaining a visible security presence. Officers must provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with supervisors and dispatch, and complete accurate incident and activity reports.
Patrol Officers must be comfortable working at various locations and shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to report to assigned patrol area
- Ability to operate a patrol vehicle safely and follow defensive driving practices
- Ability to patrol multiple client locations during a shift
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills
- Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports
- Professional communication skills and ability to interact with clients and the public
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct property inspections as required
- Military or law enforcement background
- Previous vehicle patrol or security experience
- Experience responding to alarm calls or security incidents
- Experience using radio communication or dispatch systems
