We're seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Experienced Cabinet Installer to join our team and help uphold our reputation for excellence.
The Lead Cabinet Installer is responsible for the professional installation of custom cabinets in residential and light commercial projects.
This role requires strong carpentry skills, problem-solving abilities, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Install custom cabinets, trim, moldings, and hardware with accuracy and attention to detail
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Ensure installations meet Feist Cabinets’ quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues independently
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and team members
Handle tools and equipment responsibly
Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle to job sites as required
5+ years of cabinet installation experience (custom cabinetry preferred)
Strong carpentry and finish-work skills
Ability to read and understand cabinet plans and measurements
Proficient with standard installation tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on-site in various conditions
- Experience in high-end residential cabinetry
Experience installing cabinet lighting, accessories, and specialty hardware
