MG Properties is a large regional property management firm. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bella Vista Apartments located in Elk Grove, CA. The role involves cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, responding to emergency calls, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and a strong customer‑service focus.

Duties include:

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
• Other maintenance tasks as needed

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.)
• Strong customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on‑call rotation
• Consent to audio recordings (as required by employment conditions)

• Hourly rate $22‑$25 (DOE)
