Feist Cabinets is a high-end custom cabinetry company serving Northern California for nearly 40 years. We specialize in detailed, precision-driven installations for discerning homeowners and builders.

We're looking for a top-tier Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, solves problems independently, and delivers clean, professional installations every time.

This is not an entry-level role—we're looking for someone who operates at a high level and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship.

• Lead installation of custom cabinetry in high-end residential projects
• Interpret shop drawings and execute installs with precision
• Handle field modifications and problem-solving without constant oversight
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Represent Feist Cabinets professionally with clients and builders
• Install trim, moldings, hardware, and specialty components to a high standard

• 5+ years installing custom cabinetry (high-end preferred)
• Strong finish carpentry skills—this is detail work, not production installs
• Ability to read plans and think ahead on installs
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't cut corners
• Professional communication with clients and team
• Reliable, punctual, and organized

If you need constant direction or struggle with precision installs, this won't be a fit.

• $25–$45/hr DOE (top installers will be paid accordingly)
