We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Somerfield at Lakeside Apartments, located in Elk Grove, CA!

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests.
• Repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and a/c systems.
• Painting and finishing work.
• Preparing apartments for turnover.
• Taking emergency calls and responding promptly.

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is required.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork ability.
• Must be willing to acknowledge and consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on‑call rotation.

• $23-$25/hour, DOE
• Monthly bonuses
