Salary Range: $20.50 To $23.00 Hourly

Job Overview: As an Amazon Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers’ homes, businesses, and other delivery locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Amazon's customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Driving: Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Package Delivery: Load, transport, and deliver packages accurately and timely to customers.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Route Management: Follow assigned delivery routes and navigate them effectively, making adjustments as needed for traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Documentation: Use handheld devices for scanning packages, tracking deliveries, and reporting any issues encountered during the delivery process.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any delivery issues, such as missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting packages (up to 50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet delivery deadlines.

• Outdoor Work: This position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Team-Oriented: While you will be working independently, you will also be part of a larger delivery team.
