Volt is immediately hiring Forklift Material Handlers in Elk Grove, CA.

As a Forklift Material Handler, you will:

• Safely transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Move inventory to and from loading docks, staging areas, and storage locations as needed
• Receive and process all incoming materials into the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies
• Utilize computer systems to track inventory, review reports, and update warehouse data
• Prepare and process outbound shipments using inventory tracking systems, handling all shipping and receiving functions
• Scan and label inventory accurately using RF scanners
• Maintain organization and efficiency within warehouse operations

This is a full-time (1 year) opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to successfully complete forklift certification onsite
• Basic knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
