• Preparation/Review of partnership, S-corp, C-corp, individual, trust/estate tax returns.
• Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax compliance and planning.
• Being a mentor and leader to entry level employees.
• Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices as needed.
• Performing tax research and staying current on latest federal and state tax law changes.

• CPA license required.
• Minimum five years of experience; nonprofit tax return experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively delegate work.
• Comfortable with complex returns and high net worth clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.
