- 3+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
- Ability to work independently to complete jobs
- A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license to drive any customer or company vehicle
- Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently
- Ability to problem solve while working independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in a fast‑paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Show strong attention to detail
- Show strong knowledge of automotive glass types, adhesives, & installation methods
Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry.

Sign‑on Bonus- $5,000 Sign‑on Bonus
- $1,000 after 30 days
- $2,000 after 6 Months
- $2,000 after 1 Year
