• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills
• Ability to relate well to all customers
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle
• ICAR training preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
No weekends.
