Senior Project Manager​/Estimator

A growing construction firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead civil project delivery while developing accurate and reliable cost models. This role owns projects from bid through closeout, including estimating, planning, execution, and financial performance. Success in this position requires strong leadership, schedule control, and the ability to protect margins while aligning field operations.

• Develop detailed cost estimates and scopes of work for sitework, utilities, and earthmoving projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with operations, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure profitable execution.
• Track budgets and maintain forecast updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact and ensure contractual compliance.
• Drive safety and quality standards across all project phases.

• 7+ years of experience managing civil construction projects with estimating responsibilities.
• Proven accuracy in cost modeling and project scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software.

Experience in heavy civil, utilities, or site development projects.

Full‑time, on‑site position.
