Thomas Talent Network is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator for a commercial and civil construction firm in Elk River, Minnesota. You will lead all estimating operations, manage estimating activities, and prepare cost estimates and proposals.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction estimating experience and proficiency with estimating software. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. This role also involves mentoring staff and supporting business development initiatives.
