Position SummaryMidwest Electric & Generator is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our office operations through customer service and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion of services
- Assist with job setup, including:
- Pulling permits
- Scheduling inspections
- Coordinating meter upgrades
- Maintain DOT vehicle logs
- Update CRM systems and customer profiles daily
- Schedule generator service appointments
- Route technicians and assist with capacity planning
- Support service agreement upgrades and upsell opportunities
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries
- Competitive hourly pay ($17.00 – $22.00 DOE)

- Ability to pass a background check
- Computer skills: 2+ years (required)
- Administrative experience: 1+ year (required)
