Hyundai Coon Rapids Service Advisor

Walser Automotive Group's Hyundai Coon Rapids dealership is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and our service team. In this role, you'll greet customers, accurately document concerns, create repair orders, and clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations. You'll coordinate with technicians, provide transparent estimates and timelines, and keep customers updated throughout service. Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs
• Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests in the system
• Communicate clearly with technicians to prioritize and schedule work
• Prepare and review service estimates, options, and timelines with customers
• Provide regular status updates and ensure a positive customer experience
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off, loaners, and pickup logistics
• Process payments, warranties, and maintenance plans accurately
• Promote recommended maintenance and service packages
• Maintain detailed records and follow dealership processes and compliance standards
• Support Walser's culture of integrity, transparency, and teamwork
