North Metro Service Advisor

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a North Metro Service Advisor to be the trusted link between our customers and our service team. In this front-line role, you'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a transparent, one-price environment. You'll write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, provide timely updates, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and consult customers on vehicle service needs
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
• Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and complete work
• Review inspections and translate findings for customers
• Ensure timely status updates and follow-up communication
• Process payments and close out repair orders accurately
• Support warranty and service program documentation
• Maintain high CSI scores through excellent service
• Uphold Walser's one-price, transparent service model
