• Know-how to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural problems.
• Strong work ethic to keep up with the trucking industry.
• No fear of heights, tight spaces, or dirt under nails - hands-on work.
• Snow removal with pickup with plow and front-end loader (will train).
• Coordinate lawncare.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked and order monthly supplies.
