SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the branch. The primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential customers by servicing the customer’s total financial needs, resulting in greater market share and profitability. This is accomplished by providing training and promoting teamwork within the branch and strengthening customer relationships by making sales calls on current and prospective customers.

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for management of the branch, leading all aspects of sales, service, and operations of the branch. Leading the team in achieved budgeted production goals, acquiring new consumer and business relationships, initiating partner referrals, and deepening all existing customer relationships. Responsible for consistent business development and calling programs to generate new customer activity.

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Outstanding leadership experience with a proven, successful record of coaching and empowering employees to improved results. Directly manages the staff at specific branch location.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the branch, which includes planning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and corrective action for employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Takes responsibility for subordinates’ activities. Develops subordinates’ skills and encourages growth. Continually works to improve managerial skills and leads by example.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to set the tone of the branch to provide exceptional customer experience and a dynamic, engaging culture by offering appropriate financial products and services.
