METAL CRAFT, located in Elk River, MN, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator/Floater to join our precision machining team. The role covers CNC, Swiss, and manual turning operations with occasional cross-department support to finishing, deburring, assembly, and shipping.
The ideal candidate has a one-year certificate in machine tool operation or 0–1 years in a machine shop, proficiency reading blueprints and GD&T, and strong attention to detail. Monday–Thursday day shift with overtime on Fridays.
