We are looking for a full-time associate pastor who will work under our lead pastor. It is the preference of the elders that the individual (male) is married.
PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities Worship Director
- Organizes and leads teams for Sunday morning worship (weekly)
- Organizes and leads teams for Wednesday night Praise and Prayer (weekly)
- Organizes and leads monthly meetings with worship team (monthly)
- Organizes and leads teams for Sunup Sundown (quarterly)
- Organizes and leads teams for Easter VBS (annually)
- Organizes and leads teams for Christmas Program (annually)
- Organizes and plans local outreaches (periodically)
- Organizes and plans Abolish Abortion Ministry (twice a month)
- Communicates with and promotes all COH mission’s & outreach partners (regularly)
- Organizes and plans mission trips (annually)
- This person will report to Lead Pastor
- This person will meet regularly with Lead Pastor (weekly)
- This person will participate in staff meetings (weekly)
- This person will participate in Elder meetings (monthly)
- This position will participate in Deacon/Deaconess meetings (as needed)
- 1 Timothy 3:1-7
- Titus 1:5-9
