THUMBS UP, a community-based nonprofit in Elk River, is seeking an After School Program & Adultish Site Lead under the Program & Operations Manager, to oversee daily operations at the Rogers After School Program and Adultish Program. This on-site role creates a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for participants, volunteers, and families.
This position is non-exempt, part-time averaging 16–20 hours weekly, with shifts Monday-Thursday 1:45–5:15 PM and Tuesday until 7:45 PM.
