Young Life Minnesota is seeking a part-time Mission Staff member to oversee the Capernaum ministry for high schoolers with cognitive disabilities. You will lead a team of volunteers and staff, build relationships with kids and families, and model Christ-centered mentoring.
Training is provided regionally, and you will collaborate with area leaders to develop a yearly ministry plan, recruit volunteers, and sustain outreach and camping initiatives.
