  Every other Monday, 10‑hour shifts
• Client specifics: 6‑year‑old with a G‑tube; HCNs attend school with client

Up to a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nights.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

We provide top‑notch one‑on‑one care to kids with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, school, and within their communities. Our patients range from tiny tots to young adults, including those with trach, ventilator, or G‑tube care.

We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care—no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you have heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew.

The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPNs and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RNs, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
