Urgent Care, Advanced Practice Provider, Clinics – Elk River, MN

Position Overview

Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at North Memorial Clinic Urgent Care in Elk River, Minnesota. APPs work collaboratively with physicians and other team members to provide urgent care treatment for patients of all ages and families who visit the center.

• Provide urgent and comprehensive care to patients across the full age spectrum.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to plan and deliver treatment.

• Nurse Practitioner
  :
  Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Physician Assistant
  :
  Completion of an accredited physician assistant program (ARC‑PA).

• Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role preferred.
• One or more years of experience in the specific area of specialization preferred.

• Current RN and APRN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Valid DEA Registration.
• Current medical staff credentials at the level of training.

Salary Range: $143,807 – $148,113. Benefits include comprehensive health, life, disability, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan, CME and paid professional fees, and vacation days. The position is exempt, on-site, with a 12‑hour day/evening shift and a 72‑hour per two‑week pay period.
