• Keep the restaurant welcoming, clean and consistent with product quality and operations standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Implement cost controls and adjust people charts and production planning as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team members’ onboarding process.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts—including open, close, weekends and holidays.
