Team Member Role: Team Members at Frank and Andrea's are essential to delivering a quality customer experience, support various restaurant functions, and embody our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Assist in preparing and/or assembling menu items following Frank and Andrea's standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Restock items as needed.
Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations for open/close shifts
Attend bi-annual Staff meetings

Strong commitment to being on time and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat and polished appearance at all times.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
May require lifting up to 30 lbs.
Working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.

Years of Experience:

Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
