Shift supervisor, Retail

As a Sr. Shift Supervisor for CDS (Club Demonstration Services) within Amazing Retail's Retail Operations, you will lead daily store shifts to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. You'll supervise associates, coordinate in-store product demonstrations, manage scheduling, and ensure visual, inventory, and operational standards are met. Partnering closely with leadership, you'll monitor KPIs, resolve escalated issues, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient environment that reflects Amazing Retail's innovative and team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations for assigned shift, ensuring store standards, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy
• Supervise, coach, and schedule shift associates to meet sales, service, and operational goals
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback, taking action to improve results
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving escalated issues and modeling service standards
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention compliance
• Coordinate product demonstrations with CDS (Club Demonstration Services) to drive engagement and sales
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment in line with company policies
• Support training, onboarding, and performance feedback for new and existing team members
• Collaborate with Retail Operations leadership on promotions, staffing, and workflow improvements
• Produce basic shift reports and communicate key updates to management and cross-functional teams
